In this 30-minute session, we'll target up to two specific areas using a blend of stretching techniques and focused strength work. Whether you're aiming to relieve pain, improve movement quality, or boost performance, you'll leave feeling stronger, more mobile, and ready for what’s next.

Targeted Mobility Session

Designed to build on your initial assessment, this session bridges treatment and performance to keep you progressing confidently. Whether you're recovering from injury, optimizing movement, or pushing toward new performance goals, these sessions provide hands-on care, strategic coaching, and an individualized approach.

Sessions are available in the clinic or at a partner gym based on your needs and goals.
