Start your journey with a comprehensive Initial Assessment designed to set the foundation for your success. In this session, we will:
-Review your medical history, lifestyle, and exercise background
-Complete a full musculoskeletal assessment, including strength, flexibility, and movement analysis
-Discuss your goals and create a personalized action plan to help you move, feel, and perform better

Foundations Assessment

Designed to build on your initial assessment, this session bridges treatment and performance to keep you progressing confidently. Whether you're recovering from injury, optimizing movement, or pushing toward new performance goals, these sessions provide hands-on care, strategic coaching, and an individualized approach.

Sessions are available in the clinic or at a partner gym based on your needs and goals.
