This appointment includes:
- Initial Intake 
- Medical/ lifestyle/ exercise history
- Musculoskeletal Assessment (strength, flexibility, etc)
- Goals assessment/ planning

Please remember to wear clothes you can move around in!

Initial Appointment

A 30 minute session focused on up to 2 areas of the body, using stretching techniques and muscle strengthening to reduce pain and have you leaving feeling great!

Stretch & Strengthen

Follow up Appointment

A complimentary 20 minute online session where we talk through your needs, goals, and how we can meet those needs through treatment. 
*A meeting link will be sent within 24 hours of the appointment.
