Welcome to Upshift Kinesiology!

My main objective is to help empower you to feel, move, and perform better. This is done by providing realistic and manageable options and programming for your preventative and rehabilitative needs.

Through the use of muskuloskeletal and lifestyle assessments, 1-on-1 exercise rehabilitation and training, and ongoing support, let Upshift Kinesiology be one of your first stops to an Upshift in your performance!

Upshift Kinesiology is owned and operated by a sole Registered Kinesiologist. The clinic is by appointment only and the best form of correspondence is via email. Please allow 24-48 hours to return any and all correspondence.

Clinic Hours:

Tuesdays 3pm- 8pm

Thursdays 9am - 12pm

If you are unwell please consider rescheduling your appointment. We do require 24 hours notice, however health & safety of our clinic, staff & other clients are our priority. Upshift Kinesiology is a mask friendly environment but is not a requirement.
